• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.

3. Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Please contact us at support@truevalorsupply.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

• Refund requests for other reasons will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your ornament arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@truevalorsupply.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
